2. Make 2 paragraphs which tells about the Daendels’road (in Bekasi) ! 

Most of us may remember the history of the construction of the northern coast road we now know, is largely a relic of the Netherlands, known as De Grote Postweg or Post Road from Anyer to Panarukan. This road was built during the reign of Herman Willem Daendels, Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies 36th. With iron hand, the way it was done in just one year alone (1808). A remarkable achievement in his day. That's why the name of Daendels and Post Road and worldwide known until now. The road has now more than 200 years old, however most of the roads Daendels can still be used. Even this road became the only land access to to Anyer. 

Originally, the highway was built for defense post during the Dutch military. Anyer-Panarukan road is also used to support the Dutch cultivation system (cultuur stelsel), who was then applied to the Dutch colonial. With the way this crop of Priangan more easily delivered to the port in Cirebon brought into the country for the next windmill. This road also shorten travel time by road from Surabaya to Batavia previously taken 40 days could be shortened to seven days. It's an incredible achievement at that time. This road is also very useful for sending a letter by Daendels then managed within the postal service. 

At first, each 4.5 kilometer road checkpoint was set up as a place to stop and sending liaison letters. Post Road construction purpose is to facilitate communication between Daendels controlled areas along Java and as a bulwark in the North Coast of Java Island. Because that's the way it was originally called De Grote Postweg or Post Road from Anyer to Panarukan. This is the brief story of the construction of Daendels road.

1. Make 2 paragraphs which tells about the history of the name of Jakarta !

Who doesn’t know the city of Jakarta. Indonesia's capital city has a history of changes in the name of the city is quite long. History of the city originated from a town called Sunda Kalapa, which seems to be the main airport for a Hindu kingdom called Sunda, Padjadjaran its capital, located about 40 kilometers inland, close to the town of Bogor now. The Portuguese is a large group of people-the first Europeans to come to the airport Kalapa. The city was then attacked by a young man named Fatahillah, from a neighboring kingdom with Kalapa. Fatahillah renamed Sunda Kalapa to Jayakarta on June 22, 1527. This date is now celebrated as the birth of the city.

Later the name was changed  to Jayakarta Batavia. Batavia natural state swampy similar to the Netherlands. City government activities centered around the field, located about 500 meters from the city. They built elegant town hall, which is the position of the center of the city government of Batavia. During the Japanese occupation (1942-1945), Batavia name again changed its name to Jakarta. On August 17, 1945 Ir. Sukarno read the Proclamation of Independence of Indonesia in Jakarta, and the flag was hoisted for the first time. In 1966, the official name of Jakarta to obtain the capital of Indonesia. That's a brief history of the name of Jakarta.
